Procedure from Check-in to Consultation / Examination
Check-in at the Revisit Registration Machine
- Insert your Patient ID Card into the revisit registration machine located in the center of the lobby.
- Your scheduled department for the day will be displayed. If the information is correct, tap ¡°Confirm¡± at the bottom right of the screen.
- Retrieve your receipt and Patient ID Card from the machine.
- Place the receipt in the blue file next to the registration machine.

If You Are Using a Loaner Smartphone
- Visit the Loaner Smartphone Corner near the escalators on the 1st or 2nd floor of the outpatient building to borrow a device.
- Bring the loaner smartphone and proceed to the consultation/examination reception desk.

If You Are Using Your Own Smartphone (My Smartphone)
- After completing check-in at the revisit registration machine, proceed directly to the consultation/examination reception desk.
£ªUsing your own smartphone requires prior registration of the dedicated app on your device.
- If you forget your patient ID card, you will not be able to use the revisit registration machine.
Please fill out ¡°Hospital Application Form¡± and place it in the ¡°Revisit Box¡± at the Central Reception counters [5] and [6] for ¡°Returning Patients¡±.
You will be called in the order of submission, so please wait nearby.
After 11:00 a.m., you do not need to submit the form.
Please speak directly with the staff at the Central Reception counters [5] and [6].
My Number Card / Eligibility Certificate
- Use the facial recognition card reader if you have a My Number Card.
- If not, submit your Eligibility Certificate at your department reception.
- Publicly funded and welfare certificates must also be submitted at the department reception.
Important:
If you do not present your My Number Card or Eligibility Certificate, you may be charged the full cost of your medical care.
