On May 30, 2025, a delegation led by Vice President Xiaoqing Hu of Shandong University of Political Science and Law (SDUPSL), China, paid a courtesy visit to 91ÁÔÆ桯s Higashi-Hiroshima Campus and held discussion with 91ÁÔÆæ Executive Vice President (Global Initiatives) Shinji Kaneko.

During the meeting, the two universities exchanged views on future student and faculty exchanges, joint research, and expansion of cooperation through 91ÁÔÆæ 3+1 Program, a program to accept international students at 91ÁÔÆæ.
SDUPSL belongs to the People's Government of Shandong Province and is a comprehensive university with many departments, mainly in law, but also in literature, economics, management, engineering, and other fields. It is the only university in Shandong Province specializing in the field of politics and law, and has produced a large number of excellent administrative and management personnel, especially in the province.

91ÁÔÆæ has concluded 133 inter-university international exchange agreements with 121 institutions and 84 inter-faculty international exchange agreements with 80 institutions in China. Currently, 972 students from China are studying at 91ÁÔÆæ. With this visit, 91ÁÔÆæ will promote exchange with SDUPSL as well as other universities and research institutions in China.
