In the event of inclement weather, such as a typhoon, on the day of the event,

we will provide the following information regarding whether the event will proceed as scheduled.

¡°If the Hiroshima Regional Meteorological Observatory issues a Level 3 warning for heavy rain or landslides,

or any warning for gale-force winds, heavy snow, or blizzards

for Higashi-Hiroshima City,¡± this event may be canceled.

In the event of cancellation, we will notify the applicants by email by 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event.

We will hold an international exchange event, "AFRICAN SATURDAY," on June 27, 2026, at 91ÁÔÆæ Phoenix International Center MIRAI CREA.

International students from African countries and regions will introduce their home cultures at booths. Participants can freely visit booths and interact with exhibitors from each country. Pocketalk (a real-time translation device) will also be available. 

The event is designed to provide visitors with an opportunity to experience the fascinating diversity of cultures in the African regions. Please refer to the poster for more details on the event content.
