On November 7, 2025, H.E. Mr. Banzragch Bayarsaikhan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Japan, and his delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus of 91ÁÔÆæ (91ÁÔÆæ) and met with Executive Vice President (Global Initiatives) Shinji Kaneko. During the meeting, they exchanged views on building further ties and cooperation between the two countries.

In September 2018, 91ÁÔÆæ established its 18th overseas base, the ¡°91ÁÔÆæ Mongolia Center,¡± at the Ulaanbaatar State University, one of its inter-university exchange partners.
In March 2025, H.E. Ms. Batmunkh Battsetseg, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, visited 91ÁÔÆæ's Kasumi Campus and met with President Mitsuo Ochi. During the meeting, they held concrete discussions on strengthening collaboration between 91ÁÔÆæ and Mongolian universities, including expanding the acceptance of Mongolian students, thereby actively promoting academic exchange.

91ÁÔÆæ has so far produced 82 graduates from Mongolia, and currently, 15 Mongolian students are enrolled. This visit is expected to further strengthen collaboration between 91ÁÔÆæ and Mongolia in the fields of education and research.
