Regarding Eligibility for MEXT "Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation (SPRING)"

MEXT has announced the following policy: "Support for the stipends (equivalent to living expenses) shall be limited to Japanese students." Accordingly, the "Program for Developing and Supporting the Next-Generation of Innovative Researchers at 91ÁÔÆæ" implemented under this initiative will only support individuals holding Japanese nationality or certain residence statuses such as permanent residents.

However, 91ÁÔÆæ recognizes that accepting and supporting outstanding international students is also essential. Therefore, the University will independently establish the "91ÁÔÆæ Global Doctoral Fellowship" as a support system for international students.

International students should apply to the "91ÁÔÆæ Global Doctoral Fellowship".
